Structure & Organogram of the programme

REACH Fellowship operates in three phases: engaging with rural communities, identifying challenges, and fostering collaborative networks; compiling diverse data, proposing solutions, and presenting findings; and building a comprehensive data repository, collaborating with experts, and concluding with knowledge sharing and program handover.
